This grade exceeds our high standards of comfort, fixtures and fittings. All furniture, electrical goods and kitchen equipment is very good quality and well maintained. NB:  The attributes used for grading are based on a comprehensive appraisal of the property by our staff, taking into account facilities, location and environment.   Each applicable attribute will be awarded up to 5 points.  On completion of the grading process the overall percentage is calculated.  Properties graded at less than 40% are not accepted.

The grading percentage is used to help calculate the appropriate rental rate, and also to generate either gold, silver or bronze rating for the property: 

Bronze - 60 to 75%;  Silver -  75 to 90%, and  Gold - 90 to 100%
