- Clean, good quality carpet and flooring throughout
- Clean, good quality curtains and/or blinds
- Efficient central heating and good water pressure
- Good quality fully fitted kitchen with plenty of cupboard storage, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven with hob, fridge and freezer compartment.
- Good quality bathroom with tiled floor, separate shower cubicle with power shower or bath with integral shower and glass screen (not curtain)
- En-suite second bathroom for two bedroom and larger properties
- Good quality dining table and chairs with seating for full occupancy, plus two guests
